Promote the bot to admin with permission to delete messages, restrict users and invite users. Spam blocking and the moderation commands need them.
Open chat settings with /settings in your 1:1 chat with the bot. Typing /settings in a group only shows a button that takes you to the DM.

Anyone can use these. They start with a slash (/).
/startShows what the bot does, with buttons for chat management, the full command list and the web dashboard.
/start/helpThe bot shows the list of commands you can use, right in the chat.
/help/eventShows the reward event running in this chat and how far along it is, with a button to check your own rewards. If nothing is running, it says so.
/event/신고Reports a message that looks like spam to the bot's operators. You get a short confirmation and the command message is deleted automatically.
/신고/raffle/추첨Draws random winners from the handles you enter, without repeats. Add a number after the command for more than one winner (default 1).
/raffle 3/idTells you your user ID. Reply to a message to also get that person's ID (and the original source, if the message was forwarded).
/id/appealAppeal a sanction you think was a mistake. Pick one from the list of sanctions against you and a false-positive report is sent to the bot's operators.
/appealOnly the chat owner, or admins who can delete messages or restrict users, can use these. Pick the target by replying to their message or by @username; @username only finds people who have posted in that chat.
/settingsOpens the chat settings hub. Turn spam blocking, welcome messages, warning thresholds, scheduled messages, rewards and more on or off with buttons.
/settings/warnGives the target one warning. When warnings reach the chat's threshold (3 by default) they are muted automatically. Cannot be used on admins.
/warn @user no ads/unwarnClears all warnings the target has collected.
/unwarn @user/kickRemoves the target from the chat. It is not a ban, so they can rejoin with an invite link. A user on the global blacklist or waiting for a spam auto-kick is not unbanned and cannot rejoin.
/kick @user/banPermanently bans the target from this chat. They cannot rejoin, and the message you replied to is deleted too. This is a per-chat ban and does not add them to the global blacklist.
/ban @user/muteBlocks the target from chatting for a set time. Without a duration it is 30 minutes.
/mute @user 1h/unmuteLifts the mute so the target can chat again.
/unmute @user/unbanLifts the ban or mute in this chat. If the user was put on the global blacklist by an automatic ban, they are removed from it and restored in every chat.
/unban @userSend them as a plain message with no slash and the bot answers. Anyone can use them.
